Affordable Handknits - Alterations - Classes

I see clients locally, for alterations, mending and sewing/design work.  Work ranges from simple mending tasks to designing and constructing wedding gowns, costumes and custom orders.  Please check with me about the current schedule in the sewing studio.  ***5/17 Still booked solid for custom work (sewing or knitting from scratch)......taking no new orders until summer!  Plenty of time to fit alteration orders in however!

Some of my favorite projects involve adapting clothing for clients with special needs, and completeing knitting & crochet items for clients unable to finish the projects themselves. 

I enjoy teaching sewing, knitting and crocheting too.....it's fun to assist someone and watch as their enthusiasm grows, along with their skills.

I have an online Etsy store, where I have listed some of my creations.   Accessories, clothing and home decor...........if it's made with fabric or fiber, I've usually got one listed.  And, if there is something you want, but don't see, I absolutely love custom orders.

My supply section is full of yarn, fabric, trim and patterns.  Some vintage, some new.  

Whether you are shopping for completed items, or the supplies to make your own pieces.....the shop will always be changing. My goal is to add a couple new things each day, so be sure to stop in to keep with my new finds!
